THE REFERRAL PARTNER ACKNOWLEDGES AND CONFIRMS THAT:
• The referral partner informs clients of any commissions or other benefits that it may receive.
• The referral partner works independently and is not a representative of Maxiron Capital.
• The referred applications are acquired in a manner compliant with the Privacy Act 1988.
• Where applicable, the data subjects have given the required permission to receive marketing information from third parties.
• Maxiron Capital and associated companies reserve the right to decline applications.
• The referral partner indemnifies Maxiron Capital for any non-compliant use of the data supplied by the referral partner resulting in any breach of the Privacy Act 1988.
• Maxiron Capital’s product advertisements must not be placed on websites containing adult or gaming content and the service must not be incentivised in any way.
• The Referral Partner agrees not to directly or indirectly solicit, recruit, hire, or attempt to solicit, recruit, or hire any employee of Maxiron to terminate their employment. This may result in immediate termination of this referral agreement.
• The Referral Partner represents, warrants, and agrees that it shall comply with all applicable anti-bribery and anti corruption laws & regulations.
• The Referral Partner shall not offer, promise, give, or authorise any payment, gift, or other advantage, directly or indirectly, to any employee of Maxiron for the purpose of improperly influencing any act or decision, securing an improper advantage, or obtaining or retaining business in connection with this Agreement. This may result in immediate termination of this referral agreement.
COMMISSION PAYMENT
• Unless otherwise stated, commission is only payable on the basis of per funded loan.
• An application must be funded within 60 days of application from submission for commission payment.
• Commission fee to you will be disclosed to the borrower as Origination fee on the Letter of Approval and Loan Contract.
• Commission payment will only be processed upon receipt of valid identification from the referral partner, as part of compliance and verification procedures.
• Extension fee, rollover fee or any fee charged by the lender after settlement will not be considered as part of brokerage or commission payable to you under this agreement.
COMMENCEMENT OF AGREEMENT
• Agreement only commences when Maxiron Capital has confirmed in writing its acceptance of the partnership.
COMMENCEMENT OF TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT
• Agreement can be terminated immediately by either party
